The property is approximately a three-minute walk from Yamato Saidaiji Station, with three train lines providing access to the property, and is located in an area widely recognized as a newly emerging city center.
Nara Family is anchored by Kintetsu Department Store, a department store, and AEON, a general merchandise store. Kintetsu Department Store sells a wide variety of products, including clothing, household goods, cosmetics, food and other products. Nara Family also contains over 100 speciality stores, offering a wide array of products.
An adjacent structural parking deck with a capacity for approximately 2,000 cars is currently leased by the Fund from a third party.
Guide
Heijo Palace Site Museum
The museum is located within the Heijo Palace. As a result of investigations by the Nara National Research Institute for Cultural Properties, the site was designated as a Special Historic Site by Japan and as a World Heritage Site. In addition to permanent exhibitions, the museum also hosts special exhibitions regarding the Heijo Palace and the Heijo capital.
Impression

Unlike conventional commercial facilities, it has a feeling of "eternal wind." It also has a cultural side with things like the plate marking the Heijo-kyo column remains, and the wonderfully named "MUSIK SAAL AKISHINO" concert hall.
