Bldg. B of JMF-Bldg. Jiyugaoka 01 (Meguro-ku, Tokyo), owned by JMF, has received the first "Jiyugaoka Streetscape Award”.

This award is sponsored by J-spirit.inc, an urban renewal promotion corporation, and supported by Meguro Ward, Tokyo, to recognize outstanding buildings that contribute to the streetscape of Jiyugaoka. This year, eight properties were selected as models that contribute to the streetscape and are well utilized and maintained. This property was awarded for its "warmth of wood and rich expression through glass.
