Notice Concerning the Impact of Heavy Rainfall in Chiba Prefecture

Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Coroporation ("JMF") extends its deepest sympathies to all those affected by the heavy rainfall that occurred in Chiba Prefecture on August 13, 2026.
At "unimo chiharadai" (Ichihara-shi, Chiba), a property owned by JMF, impacts from the heavy rainfall have been confirmed. As of August 14, 2026, the facility remains closed, and full reopening is expected to take several days. No injuries have been confirmed in connection with this incident as of this time.
At properties other than unimo chiharadai, minor damage, including water leakage, has been confirmed at certain properties. However, as of this time, no damage that would affect JMF’s operating results has been reported.
JMF will make a further announcement if any additional damage that may affect its operating results is identified.
