Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation ("JMF") conducts a large-scale renewal project at "mozo wonder city" 
(Nishi-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi) from March to July in 2022.
From March to April 2022, JMF opened approximately 50 stores as the first and second phase. This time, as the final phase
of the renewal (third phase), "mozo Food Marché" will be grand opening in July.
In addition, JMF accelerates its SDGs initiatives in this renewal, and newly engages in industry-university collaboration.
