The property's main tenant is AEON, and the property features a wide variety of stores such as a book & multimedia superstore and a sports club. The property has the highest sales among all the shopping malls operated by AEON. Since opening in April 2009, sales have been robust even during severe economic conditions, and considering the size, tenant composition as well as the property’s strength as the number one shopping center in the area, the continuity of tenants is expected to be high.
* The cinema complex on the adjacent land owned by JMF is not part of the trust beneficiary right.

Impression

There were many challenges faced from the time when the old "Wonder City" was obtained before renovation, but due to everyone's contributions, it has become a memorable property. The famous Kline Dytham designed it with the concept of "mozo park"!

In order to give the staff a comfortable environment, the staff's rest area was renovated and has a good reputation. Around 19 million people visit each year, which is more than those who visit Tokyo Disneyland.
