〈DX × ESG〉Commencement of service for curbing congestion in toilets and distributing information using digital signage in JMF-owned offices and retail facilities

Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation ("JMF") will introduce VACAN AirKnock Ads, a media service for curbing congestion in toilets, into its approximately 30 office buildings and retail facilities nationwide.
The introduction of this service can be expected to improve the satisfaction of tenants and users by inhibiting the use of toilets for extended periods and create new value in facility management utilizing the data acquired.
This measure will be free of installation costs and running costs due to the advertising distribution. Furthermore, by donating a portion of the advertising revenues to an international NGO, it will also support the SDGs Goal 6 of "Clean Water and Sanitation."
