Kyoto Family(Ukyo-ku, Kyoto)owned by Japan Retail Fund Investment Corporation reopened on March 21, 2013.

In this renewal, Kyoto Family will change the exterior and interior by introducing environmental design with the concept of "Kyoto Family Daily Convenience" conjures images of trees and greens, and create new logo mark as below.



After the renewal, 9 new shops including 8 restaurants and shops will be opened.
Furthermore, 4 fresh food shops named "Kyo Marche" which is built with the concept of the kitchen of the Kyoto will be opening on the 1st floor.

In this renewal process, we aimed not only reviewing enviromental design and replacing the tenants but also strenghthen the facilities by seismic strengthening works and repair work for disaster prevention equipment.
In the future also, we will continuously renovate our facilities to be more safety and confortable, for example, by introducing the LED lightning system to the common road to save energy.

Tenants consist of approximately 70 shops including fashion stores, merchandise stores, restaurants and service business. The anchor tenant of this property is AEON and other tenants include UNIQULO, Daiso, Books Ogaki, Paseos, etc.
