KKR & Co. Inc., KKR Group Co. Inc., KKR Group Holdings Corp., KKR Group Partnership L.P., KKR Group Assets Holdings III L.P. and KKR Group Assets III GP LLC, the parent companies of KJRM Holdings, also fall under a specified affiliated company of the Asset Manager as the parent company of the Asset Manager.
